As the Global Scientific Associate Director, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and impactful training content for our medical teams worldwide. This role is key to developing an internal and external network, assisting in the effective implementation of training activities across teams and throughout the business.Accountabilities:Your responsibilities will include driving the development and delivery of scientific capabilities training initiatives, developing comprehensive therapeutic area training curricula, demonstrating adult learning principles to deliver effective learning experiences, and leading the delivery of oncology training programs. You will also manage the training budget, aligning financial resources with strategic training initiatives.Essential Skills/Experience:Advanced degree or equivalent experience in scientific subject area or applicable health sciences field (Master's Degree or higher) or a Bachelor's Degree with clinical experienceExtensive experience in oncologyMedical Affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry (³3 years) or other proven experience such as scientific education or clinical practiceExperience in crafting and implementing training programs, and understanding of adult learning principlesDemonstrated experience in managing a budgetDemonstrated project management experience with a proven record of driving impactExperience in scientific/therapy area training programs relevant to Medical AffairsWorking knowledge of clinician-facing Medical Affairs functionsExcellent organisational, interpersonal and customer leadership skillsAre you ready to join a team that makes it happen?
