Your Role The Director's role involves strategical and operational responsibilities, owning the overall growth of the International SAP Managed Payroll Services team overseeing the end-to-end delivery.
Your Responsibilities: Drive and implement the international MPS Offering and roadmap within the SDWorx SAP Organization supporting the company´s growth expectation. Develop and implement strategic plans for the SAP international payroll practice in alignment with the organizational goals and OKRs. Direct and manage the SAP MPS Delivery Organization, ensuring payroll is processed timely, accurately, in compliance with government regulation and in accordance with the agreed contractual SLAs. Accountability for monthly Leadership reporting across all countries and accounts. The reporting metrics include reference ability, project status, change request targets and missed SLA justifications. Manage all aspects of Payroll Service Delivery which includes setting service standards, managing services quality and managing costs. Ensuring client confidential information is managed securely. Proactively address any process gaps. Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and additional services that will best support our business growth. Maintain appropriate audit and control procedures. Act as the control owner for SOX related to the SAP Payroll Delivery and ensure SOX control are timely and accurately administered. Manage audits related to payroll and respond to any inquiries or discrepancies. Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure all systems and integrations related to payroll are operating efficiently and accurately. Proactively identify and collaborate on new automation in support of greater efficiency and accuracy. Oversee the SAP Payroll Delivery support to the project team for the implementation and onboarding of new clients according to company standards, implementation of global template, localization and CLA requirements. Serve as the escalation point of contact for clients regarding payroll services. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external payroll related vendors. Collaborate with the Sales and Presales team during the sales process for new-new business and new-existing business ensuring adherence of contract standards and liaise on opportunities for growth within the service offering. Responsible for the P&L of the international SAP Payroll Delivery Practice. Driving efficiencies and contributing to company´s OKRs. Responsible for people management including recommendation of staffing, hiring, termination and discipline, setting performance standards and evaluating staff and staff development. Lead, mentor and scale the SAP MPS Delivery Organization to meet the needs of our growing organization. Implement quality accreditations, including lean six sigma and certified payroll accreditations. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in International payroll service delivery management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP payroll systems and payroll processes. Strong managerial and team building skills and demonstrated ability to motivate and empower direct and indirect reports to achieve international priorities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Practical knowledge of the sales cycle. Experience of successfully building and maintaining client relationships. Ability to sell credible and profitable SAP Manage Payroll solutions with a professional attitude.
