Your Opportunity with us: We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Global Sales & Marketing Team as an Assistant in our Global Headquarters (Madrid).
MISSION OF THE POSITION: Assist in the day-to-day needs of the office and manage general administrative activities in the areas of Sales and Marketing.
A Sales and Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting both sales and marketing efforts within a company.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma; Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.High level of MS Office package (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).High level of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of Italian and other languages is a plus.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Demonstrable experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office administrative assistant. ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Organize and schedule appointments, organize events and meetings, plan meetings and take detailed minutes.Booking & Travel Management.Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers, provide general support to visitors.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, submit and reconcile expense reports.Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and inquiries from senior managers.Office management: update and maintain office policies and procedures, request office supplies.Develop and maintain a filing system.Telephone management, maintain contact lists.
