Over 4 million guests each year enjoy the services we provide.Main TasksDrive business development with assigned global key accounts and potential target clients.Coordinate all DERTOUR DMC sales activities with these accounts and beyond.Extend the global client base of 3rd party clients beyond DERTOUR Group.Develop source market specific sales strategies for online and offline clients, focusing especially on UK, Benelux, Eastern & Southern Europe as well as GCC markets.Plan and conduct roadshows, sales calls, workshops and join international trade fairs.Maintain an overview of all relevant aspects and relationships with the respective client base, constantly collecting and analyzing relevant information.Provide customer support in case of any technical or commercial issues in close interaction with local DMC companies.Monitor client performance through the regular analysis of sales reports with the aim to optimize sales and profitability.RequisitosUniversity degree or equivalent.Experience as a sales manager in an international tourism environment.Experience in the sales division of a bedbank or DMC, allowing for a solid understanding of global touristic processes, distribution and DMC systems, as well as connectivity providers.Solid understanding of the business specifics to ensure internal and external professional recognition.Experience in developing source market specific sales strategies and managing key accounts.Extensive personal network within relevant leisure industry players.Strong intercultural and communication skills supported by proficient spoken and written English (German, Spanish and other languages beneficial).Willingness to travel internationally.
