As a Global Retail Analytics Manager and reporting to the Global Retail Analytics Director, you are responsible for developing and maximizing Retail Excellence and WW Retail measurement providing clear KPIs, procedures, and dashboards (performance, measurement, and competitors) that support markets in day-to-day business with comprehensive and up-to-date data.
You will be contributing to the further development and sharing of effective and efficient retail targets and guidelines with a fluent interaction with WW markets.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure Retail excellence by providing clear financial KPIs and processes to be complied with.Oversee the collection, management, and integration of data from various sources across different regions.Elaborate and design Retail Dashboards.Manage analytics platforms and tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, SAC, or specialized business intelligence software.Ensure consistency in analytics processes and data quality across all regions.Collaborate with regional and global business leaders to identify key analytics needs and objectives.Generate actionable insights from data to support business decisions, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Ensure the efficient use of analytics tools across regions and promote standardization where possible.Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to provide insights into new business opportunities.Promote secure handling and sharing of data across teams and regions.Understand local Retail reality by market and provide action plans and performance advice in collaboration with the finance team.Understand key financial KPIs to analyze productivity, profitability, and overall performance.Required Skills:Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in data analysis, and the ability to extract insights from large datasets.Financial Skills: P&L understanding.Technical Proficiency: Designing and knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or others) is a must.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect analytics with broader business strategy and goals.Education and Experience:University Degree or Master in Business School. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.5 years of experience in analytics in a similar position.Spanish and English are a must. French will be highly valued.Experience working in global or multinational organizations can be a significant advantage, as the role requires understanding cross-cultural dynamics and the complexities of operating in multiple markets.
