Location: Spain or Germany Reports to: SVP, Design and Construction Summary Prime Data Centers has ambitious plans to develop new campuses and facilities across Europe to support its customers' growth in key and emerging markets. The Research Analyst Europe role will support the commercial and investment team to identify sites and build the business case for their acquisition and development. This will include deal modelling and suitability, as well as feasibility assessments related to capital investment and customer contracts and market reports. Responsibilities Regular research into Prime's core target markets including reports and updates to the management team focusing on but not limited to: General market activity Customer activity including leasing and acquisitions. Competitor activity. Target market economic drivers and trends. Market M&A activity. Future demand and supply predictions. Pricing trends. Focused research for specific projects and markets that Prime is targeting, including reports, presentations, and investment modelling, including but not limited to: Cash flows and investment models Key market drivers and full breakdown of supply and demand. Detailed customer activity including deal volumes and key metrics. Fiber network mapping. Individual market drivers including GDP, demographics, internet adoption, digital growth, infrastructure development, and power pricing. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the data center industry Must be proficient in Salesforce Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with financial and real estate models.
