Summary Prime Data Centers has ambitious plans to develop new campuses and facilities across Europe to support its customers' growth in key and emerging markets. The Research Analyst Europe role will support the commercial and investment team to identify sites and build the business case for their acquisition and development. This will include deal modelling and suitability, as well as feasibility assessments related to capital investment and customer contracts and market reports.
Responsibilities Regular research into Prime's core target markets including reports and updates to the management team focusing on but not limited to:General market activityCustomer activity including leasing and acquisitionsCompetitor activityTarget market economic drivers and trendsMarket M&A activityFuture demand and supply predictionsPricing trendsFocused research for specific projects and markets that Prime are targeting, including reports, presentations and investment modelling, including but not limited to:Cash flows and investment modelsKey market drivers and full breakdown of supply and demandDetailed customer activity including deal volumes and key metricsFibernetwork mappingIndividual market drivers including GDP, demographics, internet adoption, digital growth, infrastructure development and power pricingQualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the data center industryMust be proficient in SalesforceExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience with financial and real estate modelsBilingual - English and Spanish
