He/She will be passionate about offering truly unlimited investment opportunities for existing clients and willing to prospect new markets and attract new clients. The candidate must have experience in business development and selling to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors. Reporting Line - Regional Head of Sales Worksite : Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site (options vary by location) Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison to top-tier clients, including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals. Provide solutions to client inquiries while complying with all company policies, practices, and procedures. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels. Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients. Collaborate with the Regional Head, sales and marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development. Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction. Problem Management and Resolution: Focus on managing wide-scale service issues and handle trade-related problems. Oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes, and apply a strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs. Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
