Reporting to the Head of Global Recruitment, the Senior Manager of Global Recruitment is the product manager of the portfolio.
The role evolves around developing an in-depth knowledge of the product combined with a robust knowledge of external market factors.
This knowledge will be applied both internally towards product innovation and improvement working with other internal departments to implement them.
Additionally, this expertise will be applied externally by helping our sales team in Madrid and abroad to understand the market and therefore design the best strategies to recruit specific profiles in science, technology, engineering and business technology.

Responsibilities: Your role as Senior Manager will involve: Team management: lead and coordinate a team to meet the recruitment (sales) objectives for the professional pathway of Science, Technology and Data.
Product management: understand the product in its performance and product stages.
Coordination of a continuous improvement mindset with the rest of commercial and academic team to stay ahead of the competition.
Finally, to serve as the main source of knowledge around the portfolio of Science, Technology & Data for the commercial team and beyond.
Strategy: development of a mid and long term strategy of the portfolio in collaboration with the schools and owning possible new product launch process.
Generate product and market insights based on student feedback, competitors, macroeconomic trends, career/job trends, industry trends, industry key players etc.
