Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Global Recruitment department is looking for a Senior Manager to join its team!

Reporting to the Head of Global Recruitment, the Senior Manager of Global Recruitment is the product manager of the portfolio. The role evolves around developing an in-depth knowledge of the product combined with a robust knowledge of external market factors. This knowledge will be applied both internally towards product innovation and improvement working with other internal departments to implement them. Additionally, this expertise will be applied externally by helping our sales team in Madrid and abroad to understand the market and therefore design the best strategies to recruit specific profiles in science, technology, engineering and business technology.

Responsibilities: Your role as Senior Manager will involve:

Team management: lead and coordinate a team to meet the recruitment (sales) objectives for the professional pathway of Science, Technology and Data. Product management: understand the product in its performance and product stages. Coordination of a continuous improvement mindset with the rest of commercial and academic team to stay ahead of the competition. Finally, to serve as the main source of knowledge around the portfolio of Science, Technology & Data for the commercial team and beyond. Strategy: development of a mid and long term strategy of the portfolio in collaboration with the schools and owning possible new product launch process. Generate product and market insights based on student feedback, competitors, macroeconomic trends, career/job trends, industry trends, industry key players etc. Sales: mentor and assess candidates in their process of selecting their degree. Become a reference for assessment and participate/lead initiatives that drive sales growth. Commercial: develop and execute strategic actions (events, conferences, sessions, etc) to meet the recruitment (sales) objectives in Madrid with the HQ team or with international offices around the world. Marketing: daily collaboration with the marketing Senior Manager for a successful and cohesive marketing plan. Stakeholder management: liaise and serve as a common ground for other key internal stakeholders like School Deans and Vice-Deans, Talent & Careers, Alumni Relations, Corporate Relations, among others. Management of key internal stakeholders beyond candidates like parents, counselors, companies, associations, etc. Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have:

3+ years of previous work experience in tech sales in the technology sector, commercial or business development is preferred as well as proven knowledge of the field of technology, data and science. Fluent in English. Spanish as a second language or native is desirable. Masters in technology, business technology or MBA Alumni is required. Academic background in science, engineering, technology, business technology, finance, economics preferred. Must exhibit outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style. Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset. High level of comfort interacting in diverse environments across different age groups. Must be a visionary problem solver and change agent. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexible work scheduling, may require night and weekend work as well as domestic and international travel.
