Job Description An exciting opportunity to join our growing business as Global Quality Assurance Operational Excellence Manager. In this role, you would report to the Global Quality Director. Your responsibilities would involve overseeing quality assurance processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring excellence in quality management.
Key Responsibilities Leads and manages continuous improvement projects within the Global Quality Operations team to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve overall quality.Implement and promote Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies, techniques and principles to drive operational excellence and support the development of an improvement focused culture within Global Quality Operations team.Develop and implement standard operating procedures across Quality Operations team.Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Promote knowledge management, best practice sharing and adoption across Quality Operations team.Provide input and influence the Lean Six Sigma approach to build a strong culture of data driven decision making.Promote the valuation of benefits through favorable KPI movement and the understanding of related financial impacts.Build improvement capability, focused on delivering value to our customers in the most productive way, by teaching, coaching, mentoring, and supporting employees and teams to develop their Operational excellence skills and enable them to use improvement techniques on their own.Knowledge of complex process mapping across complex end to end supply chains.Support an active learning environment with the aim of enhancing capabilities and ways of working.Skills & Qualifications University bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Engineering.7 + years of professional experience using improvement methods. E.g.
