YOUR ROLE Develops strategies for the global spend / purchasing basket assigned to him/her Takes full responsibility for sourcing activities within the purchasing baskets Builds in depth know how and expertise in the area of responsibility and its entire value chain Independently manages & executes global sourcing projects within the area of responsibility Drives global, cross-regional and/ or Germany-related tenders end-to-end Defines and manages global supplier portfolio and strategic supplier relationship Establishes strong relationships with key global and/or German stakeholders to drive projects, cost efficiency and innovation initiatives Supports regions in strategic questions and on escalations with global suppliers Supports regional teams in regional projects & negotiations #J-18808-Ljbffr
