As a Growth Analyst, you will play a key role in scaling and optimizing the impact of Promotions for Glovo's users and partners.
You will work with Product, Data, CRM, and local Growth teams, and obsess with turning Promotions into a vital engagement lever for us with outstanding performance metrics.
Be a part of a team where you will: Understand business needs and create insightful analyses helping your team make the right decisions and tell stories using data.
Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions.
Define and execute the strategy behind our promotions program.
Evaluate the impact of promotional activities across user and partner metrics.
Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available ones.
Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date.
Provide guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals.
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
You have: Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Stats, Economics or Quantitative field Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a data-driven environment delivering actionable insights Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must SQL proficiency is mandatory Skilled in Python, R or similar is a plus.
Experience working with large data sets Ease in learning fast and adapting yourself to different business situations Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude
