.Ardagh Metal Packaging is looking for a Global Project Manager Operational Excellence & Growth.Role Overview:Management of projects related to the definition, deployment, and assessment of the initiatives related to Growth and AMPS. Specifically, this role will support in creating lean standards, audit workbooks, assessing the workbooks, equipment standards, and reporting the status of the plants in both areas. Note: request for travel up to 50% in the next couple of months.Key Responsibilities:Support and follow up on the definition of various projects related to different initiatives of Growth and AMPS.Creation of OPEX workbook.Implementation of OPEX workbook.Support in audits to state Operational Excellence level of the plants.Support deploying lean manufacturing and OPEX mentality.Creation of materials for lean methodology deployment.Creation of tracking systems for the projects.Follow up on the status in terms of AMPS for the plants.Support in creating technical standards.Coaching the teams in the implementation of the different initiatives with a strong focus on operational excellence initiatives as well as technical standards.Support AMP Global in identifying opportunities to improve and make the company more competitive.Close collaboration with different regions to support identifying Best Practices and ensuring proper communication of them.Close collaboration with other functions like IT, CI, Innovation, Production, Quality, etc.High involvement in tracking savings coming from Operational Excellence initiatives.Standardization and harmonization of activities across the Ardagh Metal Beverage locations.Support benchmarking and workshop exercises by collecting and analyzing data to help identify and implement improvements.Compliance with the Company Management Systems (e.G., Project, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations).Act according to business ethics.Education & Training:Graduated engineer.Lean/6 Sigma certification or equivalent.Fluent English.MS Office advanced and Power BI.Experience:Several years' experience in developing and implementing Lean/6 Sigma methodologies.International project experience.Several years in manufacturing environments (ideally automotive industry).Competencies:Analytical thinking.Organizational capability.Flexible and resilient.Conscientious and high motivation.Highly sophisticated communication style.Change management skills.About Ardagh Metal Packaging:Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) is a leading supplier of sustainable and infinitely recyclable beverage cans to brand owners globally.
