Mission Leadership and management of global engineering projects to ensure the company's strategic expansion plan, ensuring the execution and coordination of the teams and contractors involved in the project.
Functions Assist in the coordination and scheduling of activities, including meetings and execution deadlines. Collaborate with the team in the preparation and monitoring of work plans and schedules. Ensure proper internal communication with the areas involved in the project. Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including progress reports, technical documentation, and meeting records. Track the necessary resources for project execution. Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure progress according to project requirements. Participate in the identification and mitigation of project-related risks. Support in the preparation of budgets and control project costs, in collaboration with the controlling department. Experience required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (coordinating engineering projects - Desirable in the chemical or perfumery industry or related fields);
- Knowledge of project management tools:
SQL Qlik Power BI (desirable) Microsoft 365 - Excel (compulsory) - Availability to travel
Educational Background: - University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar educational background.
Languages: - English: Advanced/Native;
- Spanish: Advanced/Native.
