Global Programme Manager – Hris

Join a global multi-brand e-commerce organization that currently has a centralized workforce management function to help them establish HR teams and HR tooling for each of their individual brands. This is a de-merge of a centralized HR department.
Key skills required and responsibilities:

Experience of overseeing HRIS design, implementation and rollout as a programme manager or a Director/VP of HRIS Transformation.
Lead the configuration of the new HRIS to meet the individual brand's needs.
Develop and implement change management strategies.
At least 7 years experience in programme/project management within design and rollout of HRIS systems across multiple regions.
Experience with multiple HRIS systems such as Workday and ideally mid-market SaaS systems (the company is currently in an RFP process to select a replacement for Workday).
Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders and/or private equity company stakeholders would be advantageous.
