IFF is a member of the S&P 500 Index, with sales, manufacturing, and creative facilities in over 30 countries worldwide.We are looking for a Global Productivity Manager who will be responsible for coordinating productivity initiatives within our Flavors Division to drive margin expansion through effective supply chain management, sourcing strategies, plant fixed cost optimization, and business fixed costs modernization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in productivity management projects.In your role as Global Productivity Manager, you will support the Productivity & PMO Director and other stakeholders to ideate, drive, and execute productivity initiatives within our Flavors Division.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead productivity initiatives across the Flavors Division using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Partner with Finance to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity programs.Margin Expansion: Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify opportunities to reduce plant fixed costs and improve operational efficiency.Working Capital:Develop and execute plans to improve working capital management, including inventory control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.Implement best practices for working capital management and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.RSA Expenses: Analyze and suggest improvement opportunities for R&D, Selling, and Administrative expenses across various departments.Project Management:Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders and senior management.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with functional departments to implement productivity improvement initiatives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Provide training and support to teams on productivity tools and techniques.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in productivity management, supply chain management, or a related field.Fluent in English and Spanish.Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
