As the Product Owner of B2C web domains you are responsible for developing, steering and implementing both the short-term as well as long term B2C website strategy and roadmap planning to meet identified business objectives and create a relevant customer experience for Consumer web domains. What you'll do: Conduct customer surveys and required analyses to monitor KPI's, identify and implement improvement actions. Act as catalyst by providing consultancy to businesses and markets. Optimize performance in support of day to day business operations & deployment. Work hand in hand with the IT/Digital organization Scrum Teams. Multi-stakeholder internal communication. Deliver defined roadmap within AOP- and KPI targets. Apply customer-centricity in context of digital capabilities that drive for highest levels of customer satisfaction with consistent experience across all owned digital touch points. Actively pursue impact options and opportunities for Philips customers & employees. Your qualifications: Technical: Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing or Business Management or a related discipline, or proven extensive experience in global Digital roles. 7+ years experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce, specific experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and UX Web Development. 5+ years experience in a complex, global, diversified company. Strong project coordination & management skills with the ability to manage complex multistakeholder's global initiatives. Strong relationship skills, to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, on a global scale. Highly skilled (= expert) in one or more digital marketing domains: Search, Mobile, Content, Analytics or User Experience. Understands & champions digital marketing domain integrally at-large in business context of Marketing & Sales. Behavioral: Deep listening. Influencing for decision making. Adaptive, collaborative, and execute flawlessly. Delivers on commitments. Communicates with impact. Natural team player, SCRUM. Ability to lead complex projects in a complex environment. Fluent in English
