This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingThe Global Product Master Data Analyst will be responsible for managing key aspects of the company's product master data on a global scale. This position is part of the Global Master Data Management Team which is responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing standardized, high quality master data in order to support global operations, global processes and global reporting initiatives.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Global Product Master Data Analyst role will make an impact:Creation and maintenance of product and material master data according to established standards.Work collaboratively with other functions (e.G. Global Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Sourcing, affiliates & manufacturing sites) to ensure master data related issues are resolved and objectives are met.Contribute to the definition of Viatris-wide data definitions, terminology, data quality and business rules.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring requirements are identified and met in a timely fashion.Serve as the "go-to" person for all matters related to product master data.Write, revise, and verify standard operating procedures and other documentation for process design & evaluation, training, etc.Analyze and solve master data problems and provide support for efficient daily operations.Support various SAP implementation projects by representing the Global Product Master Data function to ensure continued alignment between global and local master data teams. Support project teams during data cleansing and migration activities.Provide training to other business units on Global Product Master Data processes and concepts
