About the role As the Global Product Marketing Manager Orthodontics (f/m/d), you will be instrumental in driving the commercial success of the ClearCorrect aligner system and associated digital products within the Orthodontist (Ortho) segment worldwide. You will be responsible for developing and executing downstream marketing strategies to maximize product adoption and growth throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of the Ortho customer mindset, adoption hurdles, and market dynamics. Your strategic initiatives will be pivotal in developing and executing effective global programs that align with business objectives and contribute to our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Drive global growth of the ClearCorrect system and digital products in the orthodontist segment.Understand the Ortho customer mindset, identifying barriers to adoption and use to shape marketing and education strategies.Understand the competitive market, identifying trends, opportunities, and threats, through ongoing market research, close work with the field, and continuous collaboration with global advisory board and/or opinion leaders.Develop target-specific product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to differentiate ClearCorrect in the market.Collaborate with the Global Growth team to create sales tools, promotional materials, and training programs supporting product adoption and market penetration.Develop, execute, and measure success of target-specific global strategies annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment and collaboration with regional teams.Lead the go-to-market/ commercialization plan and execution of global product launches in coordination with cross-functional and regional teams.Support global events, including trade shows and conferences, to promote ClearCorrect and engage with stakeholders.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of GTM/Marketing Strategies, including Upstream Product Management, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Global Marketing, Commercial/Sales, Customer Service, Regional, and other Straumann teams.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.Build strong relationships with customers around the world.About the ideal candidates Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA, DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree with advanced specialty training in Orthodontics preferred.3+ years in downstream product marketing, preferably in the orthodontic or broader dental industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and strategies.Experience in managing global marketing initiatives and understanding regional market differences.Strong understanding of the orthodontic market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.A track record of fostering customer-centric innovation to meet market needs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and demands.Ability to work with remote teams located in different geographies.
