This is your chance to develop new products, own your area, and work with a global team of passionate Product Managers.Meet your new team!You will be part of our global Product Management team, working from Chiva, Spain, our Research Center in Montpellier, France, or our Headquarters in Denmark.About The PositionAs Global Product Manager for your own portfolio, you will be an integral cross-functional driver, monitoring and delivering revenue growth and contribution margin targets. You will also work closely with Commercial and Pricing to develop the right commercial activities, advance the sales pipeline, and define the pricing strategy.In more detail, you will:Identify portfolio needs and gaps, quantify opportunities and establish business justification for new project developmentLead the definition, development and commercialization of new products, working closely with Innovation, Pricing and Commercial teamsBecome a subject matter expert for your product portfolio and technologies (including visiting customers and working with Group Finance in setting targets and ambitions)Identify non-performing products and recommend portfolio optimizationAssist Operations by providing input to the S&OP process on current performance, new product development, and portfolio optimizationDevelop knowledge of competitor products and market position, communicate challenges and opportunities, and recommend corrective responsesRequirementsWe are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager with knowledge of the ingredients industry.Furthermore, you have:A degree in food science, general business administration, or similar qualification+5 years of experience in product management within the dairy, food & beverage, or ingredients industry.
