B. Braun is seeking a Global Product Manager that will be leading the upstream marketing activities of our portfolio strategy in Aesculap's business division. You will be responsible for driving growth to the business and category leadership by developing a wide product pipeline within surgical sutures as well as ensuring that our local partners in each country have the product, tools and support they need to succeed.

This role will work closely with Tuttlingen's Global Marketing.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and direct product management and product marketing activities for ACS portfolio.Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.Provide sales team with technical expertise to enable them to promote and sell the product portfolio.Responsible for printed and electronic material, product training and competitors update. Ensure that these materials are being used optimally.Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries.Work closely together with other departments in new product developments and other product related projects.Responsible for preparing product forecast to ensure production and supply timelines.Professional CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Life Science, with postgraduate studies in Marketing desired.5+ years as Product Manager in Medical Device, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.Solid knowledge of Medical Devices Industry.Strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to prepare business reports and speak effectively in front of groups of customers, employees and Company management.Excellent English skills.Ability to travel.Personal CompetenciesProactive and self-driven.Able to prioritize and smoothly manage multiple tasks.Critical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunities.Team player.
