Here at SoftwareOne, we give you the flexibility to unleash your creativity, without limits.We encourage autonomy and thinking outside the box and we can't wait to hear your new ideas, and although all businesses say it, we truly believe in work-life harmony.Global Product Manager (gn) Azure Infra & Migrations Team Global Microsoft Team of SoftwareOne | perm/full-time location.Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary preferred / other Europe optional | working model: hybrid.The Role As SoftwareOne's Global Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE), we identify new business opportunities and work closely with our strategic partner, Microsoft, to design innovative, efficient technology solutions.We stay ahead of technology trends, define best practices, and create architectures to accelerate solution delivery and provide faster time-to-value for our customers.Responsible for global delivery and (Pre-) sales, we define training and enablement requirements across 19 locations, impacting over a thousand employees.As a credible voice in the Microsoft space, we share our expertise at industry events and webinars.Primary Responsibilities Product Design & Innovation: Create repeatable Azure and Migration offerings, leveraging projects and hyperscaler partnerships.Strategic Partnership Management: Lead tech collaboration with Microsoft for cutting-edge Azure offerings.Collaboration & Leadership: Integrate efforts across Centres of Excellence for cohesive solution development.Sales & Product Strategy: Define and implement strategies to drive growth in Microsoft Cloud Services.Presales Excellence: Support proposal development and innovate sales artifacts for strategic deals.Advanced Advisories: Lead Azure Advisory services, refining practices based on market trends.Portfolio Development: Champion Azure Infra & Migrations portfolio, setting global GTM standards.Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership: Enhance seller effectiveness and establish thought leadership through industry contributions.What We Need to See from You Extensive Experience: You have a long-standing background in Microsoft and Azure as a product manager, solution architect, or professional services leader.Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering customer-facing products.Experience with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services roles.Expertise in customer engagement and translating business challenges into tech requirements.Extensive project experience in Azure and Migrations.Hands-on proficiency with latest Cloud and Azure technologies.Passionate about Microsoft Azure with a consistent track record.Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to handle change and uncertainty.What We Have to Offer We encourage autonomy and thinking outside the box - and we can't wait to hear your new insights!
