The Role We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Global Product Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager, Cristina Martínez, the ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical / scientific knowledge, and creativity to drive product innovation and market success. Key Responsibilities Market Research and Needs Identification Analyze internal and external data to understand customer needs, consumer trends, and market dynamics. Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate market requirements and insights. Understand scientific and regulatory frameworks, including intellectual property and regulations. Product Portfolio Strategy Develop a comprehensive product portfolio aligned with business goals. Prioritize features based on market demand, feasibility, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with R&D for new product development and current portfolio optimization. Define clear roadmaps and launch timelines, ensuring project milestones are met. Positioning and Branding Strategy Develop deep product knowledge and identify target customer segments. Craft compelling product positioning statements and value propositions. Collaborate with marketing colleagues to create impactful promotional materials. Unique Selling Proposition (USP) Define each product's unique value and competitive differentiation. Leverage scientific and regulatory advantages to strengthen the product's USP. Product Development and Launch Execution Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from concept to launch. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing and target customer engagement. Create content calendars for communication through various channels, including PR campaigns, trade shows, and digital platforms. Monitoring and Optimization Track product performance using key metrics like sales, market share, and customer feedback. Continuously evaluate product success and adapt based on market insights. Collaborate closely with sales teams and external agencies for campaign optimization. Qualifications/Requirements: Education : Must have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.), ideally with specialization in Marketing or Digital Tools. MBA is preferred. Experience : At least 5 years of experience in marketing for Functional Health and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, preferably with exposure to the US market. Skills : Strategic vision and problem-solving. Analytical and creative thinking. Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
