Job Summary The Global Procurement Legal Counsel has responsibility to manage the global procurement contracts and to coordinate the activities of procurement lawyers (internal and external) for the Group HQ and the regions.
This position leads the provision of legal and contract management services of the Procurement Department ensuring that i) all procurement contracts are negotiated and executed globally in accordance with the related policies and procedures, as well as ii) legal related corporate initiatives and processes are globally adhered to.
This role coordinates activities of global contract legal managers and regional lawyers ensuring that they receive all necessary support in contractual and legal matters related to procurement contracts and that such contracts are concluded adequately to serve Swissport's best interests
