Are you eager to be a key enabler for delivering a global procurement strategy for an international organization? As a global process owner (GPO) for procurement, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead key process improvements in cooperation with all cross-functional stakeholders. This role focuses on designing & implementing the optimal procurement processes, applications and the digital roadmap end-to-end. The role will continuously improve Procurement processes, tools & systems and deploy best practices and Source to Pay (S2P) playbook standards driving excellence within the Procurement function. In the role of GPO Procurement your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Act as Global Process Owner of the Procurement function in relation to (S2P) process working with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth S2P process end to end, increase use of catalogue management and to automate transactional procurement processes. Deploy the necessary tools to drive an efficient Source to contract and contract to Pay process. Design and maintain the global Procurement data as well as tools to enable increased procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Launch improvement projects and effective reporting. Own the digital agenda and identify needs to install better IS tools to automate procurement processes overall. Perform master data analytics and data cleansing. Perform effective spend analytics and reporting for all global and regional categories. Act as first point of contact for Procurement Governance and Compliance. Organize audits, self-assessments etc. to drive compliance within function. Coordinate and manage Procurement Excellence projects to contribute to the realization of the Procurement targets. What We're Looking For: Expert in Procurement and Source to Pay Process. Very fluent in financial analyses, Excel (incl. pivot tables), IS tools & technologies, Power BI as well as SAP tools. Familiarity with installing and introducing supplier platform, spend Analytics and data mining tools, e-sourcing and contracting tools (such as Coupa, Ariba, Zycus, Celonis). Experience working in procurement in production environment is an advantage. Ability to lead projects in an efficient way & within the defined budget and timing. Strong problem-solver with agility to be able to work with numerous pressurized deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in written and spoken English (any additional language is a plus).
