Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for a Global Process Owner Credit Management & Net Working Capital Specialist to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting team in Spain.Your main tasks and responsibilities:* Lead transformation initiatives in credit risk management field (process and system related)* Formulate and propose changes to the existing global credit risk management framework (Group Policy) where appropriate or where needed to operationalize the framework* Lead assessment and design of credit risk management technology supporting multiple ERPs, including the definition of standard SAP credit risk management template together with IT and key users* Enforce and harmonize current Credit Risk Policy and Progress across entities and geographies* Identify and implement automation to current credit risk management process* Track and report progress of the implementation process* Support in establishment of a central credit risk management team for the support of the local legal entities* Assess and manage global service contracts for credit risk management (e.g. management of current external credit rating agencies relationship)* Evaluate high value credit limit requests, assess top cases and provide recommendation to Division CFOs and Group CFO on management of customer credit risk* Support Head Group Trade Finance in Net Working Capital projects and initiatives* Identify and implement Net Working Capital related improvementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:* Degree in Finance or Economics is a plus* Minimum 6 years in a similar role, ideally with functional knowledge of implementing credit risk modules in SAP and M365* Operation knowledge of defining customer credit risk, defining customer credit limits and mitigating instruments mandatory* Solid knowledge of all Order to Cash processes, understanding of Procure to Pay processes desired* Past experience in industrial company preferred* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver key insights to leadership, collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive structured solutions, and comfortable working with a level of independence.* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenWhat we offer you:* A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives.* Restaurant tickets.* Permanent contract.* Accident insurance.No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
