So, if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, plant our SEEDS with us and grow along the way while cultivating a better future for the next generations.Maximise new and existing products' mid- and long-term value through Product/ Portfolio Life Cycle Management excellence while supporting and building "Rovensa Next" spirit of collaboration and respect.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop product strategies in collaboration with Regions, Countries, and Functions that deliver on the expectations set by Global and Regional Portfolio Strategies, ensure sustainable competitiveness, and meet grower needs. This will be done while optimising investment decisions and creating synergies across crops and regions.Continuously communicate strategies to all key stakeholders.Lead Global Bionutrition Product Management (GPM) cross-functional teams to deliver product strategies by defining and driving formulation projects in the annual Portfolio Innovation Cycle (PIC), regulatory mitigation plans, stewardship actions, product cost reduction projects, and other activities.Develop business cases for R&D, production, and third-party licensing investments and commitments and gain approval through relevant governing bodies.Ensure up-to-date value pricing evaluations are in place for all assigned Products in key countries.Develop branding and brand plans for all assigned products in the portfolio, refreshing as needed, in conjunction with global branding communication managers and other members of the Bionutrition product management team.Prepare global product launch kits and events and support product launches in key countries.Prepare top-down product forecasts annually.Engage and be a productive member of Global Strategic Marketing Leadership Team.Understand and coordinate the development of in-country sales/ marketing capabilities to effectively position and sell the assigned bionutrition portfolio.Analyse and challenge territory sales performance and forecasts.Be an advocate for the Rovensa Next Biological Portfolio, sharing best marketing practices across regions and countries.Be accountable for ongoing collaboration agreements for 3rd party products and ensure compliance with all business aspects as set in the agreements (long-term development plans and forecasting, liaison between regions, business partners and the 3rd parties).
