Additionally, the IBP PMO also connects with Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) to coordinate synchronized and integrated development and implementation plans to make IBP a reality.We are looking for an experienced professional with an exceptional track record of working on transformation projects to join our expanding team.In this role you will contribute to the organization and running of the global project management office and partner with Sector/Market project teams to ensure that deployments are implemented on-time, with expected capabilities and on-budget.Furthermore, we are seeking to digitalization the PMO function and your role will ensure that new PMO tools and capabilities being embedded effectively, by integrating both a strategic, tactical, and human-centric approach that is wholistic and gets the most value from the related projects.ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage monthly tracking of performance, risk assessment and internal communicationCoordinate schedule and risk assessment activities - Identify critical dependencies and risks among the portfolio of projects related to people, process, and technology. Coordinate the development of remediation plans and escalate where applicable
