Overview PepsiCo is looking for Global PMO Manager to join Global IBP team, to bebased in one of our European offices:Barcelona or Vitoria, Spain; Dublin, Ireland or Krakow, Poland. Job Purpose The goal of the IBP program is to transform how PepsiCo and our Sectors operate, resulting in profitable growth that balances strategic, financial, and operational objectives by Through world class decision makingSynchronized across the enterprise through one aligned planAutomated with critical human intervention, and Fueled by next-gen talent, analytics, and technologiesThe Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Program Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in executing the development, coordination, and execution of the IBP program across all Sectors, helping PepsiCo become even faster, stronger, and better. The PMO will partner with Sector Deployment teams to support the execution of their local deployment plans flawlessly. Additionally, the IBP PMO also connects with Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) to coordinate synchronized and integrated development and implementation plans to make IBP a reality. We are looking for an experienced professional with an exceptional track record of working on transformation projects to join our expanding team. In this role you will contribute to the organization and running of the global project management office and partner with Sector/Market project teams to ensure that deployments are implemented on-time, with expected capabilities and on-budget. Furthermore, we are seeking to digitalization the PMO function and your role will ensure that new PMO tools and capabilities being embedded effectively, by integrating both a strategic, tactical, and human-centric approach that is wholistic and gets the most value from the related projects. Responsibilities Implement and manage monthly tracking of performance, risk assessment and internal communicationCoordinate schedule and risk assessment activities - Identify critical dependencies and risks among the portfolio of projects related to people, process, and technology. Coordinate the development of remediation plans and escalate where applicable.Lead PMO Digitalization with tools development and enhancement such as Clarity PPM, Azure DevOps, and Power BI for the following – Scope Management, Resource Management, Lessons Learned, RAID, Stage Gates, Audit Deliverables, Program and Project Analytics and KPI'sIdentify and rollout the required templates for PMO activity including Project Planning & Schedule ManagementPartner with ETO and other enterprise programs on continuous improvements as well as tracking the status/progress throughout the life of the project/programSet the standards for IBP Progress Reviews and Global Updates with strong leadership, status and reporting outputsEnsure compliance with aligned project methodology is being implemented at a deployment levelPartner with IBP Workstream leads (People, Process and Technology) for IBP best in class schedule and escalation managementCoordinate communications across IBP to S&T, ETO, and Sector Project TeamsSupport and refine the governance process to facilitate decision on priorities definition, allocation of resources and resolution of critical issues for IBP Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related area.
