.Global Planning Process Sustainability and Adherence StewardLocation: Barcelona - SpainType: Hybrid, Full timePosted on: 2 Days AgoEnd Date: February 25, 2025Job Requisition ID: R2773356Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Drive performance through process sustainability, maturity and adherence, to achieve the Company, Function, GSC and site's Strategy and Ambition in Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) Demand-to-Cash and Plan-to-Manufacture domains.Drive Design Authority process in governing the evaluation, prioritization, and validation of Core Model changes and enhancements.Coordinate and support different Planning CoEs BPOs, Global Supply Leads, IBP Leads, Sites and Markets inside the SC Planning network scope.Support all System Usage maturity and adherence through Reports, Analytics, documentation, trainings, upskilling and transformations projects.Conduct and monitor process Maturity, Sustainability and Adherence of Plants, Markets and CMOs.Manage, track and monitor Design Authority process execution across Supply Chain areas and Digital functions.Lead/Co-lead and collaborate on Projects related to value delivery and maximization.Manage the integration across different transformation programs.Key Accountabilities:Provide inputs to the GPLs in the creation, maintenance and updates of global SOPs.Animate Global SC, GBU, Markets, Sites and other dept resources to bring Planning Process Sustainability awareness.Collaborate in the setup of detailed process maturity methodology and metrics.Work with Global Process Sustainability and Adherence Lead in establishing periodic process maturity and adherence reviews.Co-drive the creation of a foundation and culture for knowledge exchange and continuous improvement.Ensure reporting/communication timeliness and correctness of Planning Process Maturity & Adherence Dashboard.Ensure global audit readiness for Core Models and Data.Education Background:- University degree in engineering, IT/Digital or a related field preferred, or equivalent business trainings and education.Professional Experience:Solid experience in Supply Chain experience in 3 of the following disciplines: demand planning, ibp, inventory planning, etc.Demonstrate a strong overall knowledge of E2E Supply Chain in the Pharmaceutical industry.Competence for tools and working knowledge of systems: Kinaxis, e2Open, SAP, etc.Track record of change management and continuous improvement process.Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements.Major Skills and Competencies:Successful Leadership experience in matrix environments.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive Transformation and Innovation.Ability to structure, organize, and anticipate, even in ambiguity.Strong communication and interaction skills, especially in a cross-functional setup.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Communication skills (both verbal and written) with technical and operational fluency in English
