Descripción de la ofertaAs Global People Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Global People Experience Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for our core HRIS (data accuracy & workflows), People Experience processes (compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies) and guiding local People Experience Services teams.
This is a temporary and remote position to be based in one of our locations. Your key responsibilities:
Full ownership of our HRIS system, managing the data architecture, workflows, access, permissions and integrations with the different systems and tools. We are planning some system changes, you will lead the implementation / migration to the new tools.Define, implement and continuously evolve the full PX (People Experience) services processes in a people-centric way, ensuring we offer a compelling and compliant people experience for all our employees.Lead and support the local PX Services teams across our different countries.Closely collaborate with and support other PX functions (BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions, etc) for the E2E employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.Ensure that all PX services teams maintain accurate and accessible employee data and records and have a powerful toolset (HRIS, ticketing system) that our employees love using.Monitor employee data quality together with the different analytic functions (finance, BI, etc).Un poco sobre la empresa Docplanner BCNFind the best physicians, search by location and specialty.
