With the support of your direct reports, you animate the community of local HR Ops managers, you empower them with the right toolkit and foster cross-collaboration where appropriate.
Contribute to the annual budget planning process for People Operations through recommendations aligned with our People strategy and ensure full respect of the approved budget for your scope throughout the year.
Champion the partnership within the People department and across all departments including appropriate advice to HRBPs and managers on any employee cases.
You own the delivery of legal aspects and documentation From Hire to Retire.

You have experience in leading office management activities from budget recommendation to resources management.
You are a strong people manager and have tested your leadership in various situations or contexts.
People are inspired by you, you help them forget the technical aspect of your role!
You are organised and able to adopt a project management approach, where you can manage time, cost and expectations.
You are experienced in the French labour laws and regulations at an individual or collective level.
You are passionate about helping others, possess a strong customer orientation and partnership mindset, and are a true team-player who enjoys working cross functionally to resolve all obstacles.
You possess a relentless, can-do attitude - no task too big or too small: you are more than happy to learn new things, whilst being easily adaptable to change and can work confidently under pressure.
A knowledge of bamboohr, Lattice or Cultureamp would be a plus.
