We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.Work Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from homeRole Overview:The Global Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in processing payroll across multiple countries, joining our payroll team in our central Malaga office.About the role:End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.Analysis and documentation of each country's control framework and payroll processing guidance.Ad hoc project support.Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.Perform reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities.Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability.Attend all escalated and critical payroll-related issues on a timely basis.Requirements:At least 3 years' experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system.Experience in working with manual processes undergoing automation transformation.Process documentation and control framework building/writing.Ability to take ownership of payroll processes.Problem-solving mindset & positive attitude.Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.Excellent communications skills in English.Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup and other formulas).About Us:Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
