This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive joint marketing initiatives, enhance partner engagement, and support business growth through effective partner programs. You'll spearhead and inspire a team of skilled marketers and report to the Head of Field & Partner Marketing.What you'll doDevelop global partner marketing programs that align with the company's business objectives and enhance partner collaboration.Collaborate with global partners to identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and demand generation efforts.Plan, execute, and optimize partner marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility through partner channels.Enable partners by providing them with the necessary resources, training, and marketing collateral to effectively promote and sell our products and services.Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage budgets for partner marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.Coordinate and manage partner events, webinars, and workshops to foster collaboration, engagement, and mutual growth.What you bring to the table8-10+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in demand generation for B2B SaaS companies.Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Proven experience in channel marketing, strategic relationship building, program management, and collaboration with sales teams to achieve joint goals.Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and others, as well as ABM strategies .Data-driven mindset with strong reasoning skills and attention to detail to optimize campaign performance and marketing initiatives
