Job Category: MarketingJob Details: Global Partner Marketing ManagerSome of the things you will be doing include:Own and manage our comprehensive marketing automation platform, the Partner Demand Center, that provides partners with marketing content and a platform for campaign execution at scale. This includes understanding the technology, being able to demo the tool, and managing the platform end to end (e.g., data, functionality).Create and deliver communications and enablement plans to drive awareness and adoption of the Partner Demand Center. Develop a deep understanding of our diverse, global partner ecosystem and their needs for the platform to craft segmented platform messaging and experiences that resonate across audiences and drive usage.Own and execute the content strategy for the Partner Demand Center. This includes identifying new content to be created, establishing the bill of materials for campaigns, managing a global set of stakeholders that inform new content, building and/or wrangling the content, creating necessary documentation to enable field teams to add content, translating content as necessary, ensuring content remains fresh, and packaging campaigns into consumable partner plays.Educate and inform partner-facing field teams on the Partner Demand Center, leveraging the concierge services as appropriate, with tailored training and content to utilize for partner outreach and engagement and help land locally. Elevate partner successes to capture mindshare and showcase tangible benefits.Research industry best practices for best-in-class partner marketing automation tools and through-partner marketing programs. Create new, innovative programs by using pilots and other mechanisms to test and learn.Utilize data to continually analyze and track program success and evolve the strategy and programs.Who you are...Experienced: 6+ years of relevant work experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation marketing in high-technology companies, ideally in the cloud and/or enterprise software space. Solid understanding of how to drive business and marketing through a partner ecosystem.Program Builder: Expertise in formulating, translating and scaling global partner programs that can be executed regionally. Strong program management and organizational skills.Excellent Communicator: Public speaking experience, comfortable with executive audiences, and ability to influence key decision-makers.Analytical: Experience collecting and interpreting data from a variety of sources to make solid business recommendations. Expertise in Excel and Tableau.Results-Oriented: A deep sense of accountability and the ability to drive large projects with urgency from start to finish, achieving the intended business impact.Energetic and Enthusiastic Team Player: A natural relationship builder who can engage effectively across different departments and thrives within a matrixed organization.
