These professionals analyze operations and make strategic improvements to optimize output, making processes faster, more intuitive for staff, more dependable for clients, and more cost-effective for your bottom line.Your profileDevelop and implement operational quality control measures.Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.Manage inventory and order supplies.Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations.Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning.supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.overseeing building projects and renovations.Assisting with business relocations.Position requirementsBachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalentTwo or more years of experience in an operational or similar rolePrevious project management experience and proven organizational and time management abilitiesExceptional problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsImpeccable attention to detailStrong creative and analytical thinkingStrong time-management and people skillsExperience with budgeting.
