Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned expert in implementing SAP Central Finance suite of solutions for large companies, to function as a "Business System Analyst" in the Digital Finance Transformation Division of the Digital Finance Department. The Digital Finance Department (DFD) is responsible for the coordination, development, and management of information systems used in financial accounting, treasury, financial planning & forecasting, performance management, and the entire suite of digital solutions for the Finance Business line. The department personnel are multidisciplinary professionals with key focus on Financial Applications functional experience and IT technical background.
The Digital Transformation Division is responsible for providing program management services for design, coordinating the development, testing, and rollout of group finance solutions. Group finance solutions leverage tools, including but not limited to the following:
SAP Central FinanceS4/HANA Treasury Management (Cash Pooling, Central Payments etc)S4/HANA Group Reporting & Advanced finance closing (AFC)Intercompany Hub for matching & reconciliation (ICMR and/or Blackline)Integrated Planning & Performance Management (SAP or non-SAP Planning solutions)The Business System Analyst is expected to facilitate important business outcomes, such as acceleration of financial close, enable financial transparency at Group and affiliate level, drive corporate performance, and facilitate value realization with efficient cash management, by implementing SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, and other related solutions. The Analyst will deliver such outcomes through structured implementation of SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting suite of solutions by working with corporate stakeholders such as IT, facilitating affiliate integrations, and providing continued support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders for scoping, design development, and testing of Group financial solutions.
- Coordinate with affiliate organizations for infrastructure readiness and data exchange.
- Assess SAP Central Finance and Reporting requirements and provide implementation support.
- Offer ongoing support for SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting modules.
- Implement CFIN mappings, configure Group reporting solution, and manage master data.
- Analyze and resolve complex system issues, collaborating with IT team if needed.
- Develop comprehensive financial reports according to GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Stay updated on SAP updates and best practices for Central Finance and Group Reporting.
- Participate in system upgrades and implementation projects.
- Document processes and maintain user guides for knowledge transfer.
- Stay current on SAP Central Finance advancements and obtain necessary certifications.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Maintain and optimize digital solutions.
- Define setup and integration of SAP Central Finance solutions between Group and affiliates.
- Recommend finance function transformation with SAP Central Finance.
- Assess integration feasibility for This Company Affiliates and provide advisory support.
- Utilize excellent communication skills for workshops and issue troubleshooting.
- Ensure financial information integrity and strengthen protection mechanisms.
- Support solution through continued engagement, maintenance, and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or IT; advanced business degree or professional certification preferred.
- Have 6-8 years of experience implementing SAP-based financial accounting systems.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of implementing financial accounting systems, including benefits articulation, technical evaluation, critical success factors, and project risks.
- Hands-on experience implementing SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze financial accounting landscape and provide architectural options for implementation.
