The primary responsibility is to develop talent for the Finance Service Line and This Company at a Group level. The Division includes personnel serving as instructors, course content developers, and subject matter experts in talent management. The personnel also serve as coordinators by working with SMEs from various business segments (Controllers, Treasury, Group Finance, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit) in designing and delivering courses.
