The Corporate segment offers supporting services including human resources, finance, and information technology.The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting trainer to join This Company Business School, under the Finance Talent Development Dept (FTDD), and its primarily responsibility is to develop talent for the Finance Service Line and This Company at a Group level. The Division includes personnel serving as instructors, course content developers, subject matter experts in talent management. The personnel also serve as coordinators by working with SMEs from various business segments (Controllers, Treasury, Group Finance, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit) in designing and delivering courses. In addition, Finance Admin Area is responsible for bi-monthly keynote speaker series and other specialized certification programs (CFA, CPA, CMA, CIA, IFRS). The successful candidate will: Plan, design and develop curricula and coordinate with SMEs from various business segments (i.E., Admin Areas) to develop courses in accounting, finance and other business domains, and in most cases,co-deliver the courses with SMEs from relevant business segment; identify and make recommendations of new course offerings in consultation with SMEs from various business segments and make consistent effort to update course materials with new knowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks.Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, and develop curricula for accounting, finance, and other business domains within This Company Business School.Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various business segments, such as Controllers, Treasury, Group Finance, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit, to develop courses.Collaborate with SMEs to co-deliver courses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learning outcomes.Identify and recommend new course offerings,based on industry trends and organizational needs.Continuously update course materials with new knowledge and best practices.Participate in planning initiatives aimed at enhancing talent development within the Finance Service Line and This Company
