The successful candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of work experience in the Oil and Gas sector, especially in Refining, Chemical, and/or NGL Fractionation Process.
The candidate should be familiar with ISO-14001 Environmental Management System and have substantial experience in environmental regulations and standards.
Additionally, the candidate should have work experience with overall refinery environmental performance calculation, daily monitoring and reporting, identifying deviations, and developing solutions to environmental problems.
The candidate will perform waste minimization assessments and advise on the handling, treatment, and disposal of solid, liquid, hazardous, and toxic wastes.
Experience in establishing environmental business plans objectives, emission baseline, and setting targets of key performance indicators such as flaring, SO2 emission, and Hydrocarbon discharge to marine is preferred.
Furthermore, the candidate should have adequate knowledge and experience in Green House Gas (GHG) management, strong data collection and data analytic experience to observe GHG reduction opportunities, and advise on improving performance.
Strong management and coordination skills are necessary to lead and work with environmental teams in operating facilities under the Global Manufacturing Excellence.Responsibilities:Monitor facility operating and business plans to ensure alignment with environmental protection policy and all applicable environmental policies, guidelines, and standards.Identify deviations and develop solutions to environmental problems to mitigate environmental risks and improve compliance with company and governmental regulations.Conduct comprehensive environmental assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.Develop, review, and implement Greenhouse Gas (GHG) management programs, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.Conduct internal GHG assurance audits and provide support for facilities' third-party GHG audits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
