In this role, you will assist and execute the implementation of the Global Mobility Program, acting as an expert within your own discipline ensuring alignment with established strategies. More on the Global Mobility Manager: Our future colleague will track oversight of day-to-day operational activities provided internally and externally to facilitate global movement of talent. Manage global mobility technology (AssignmentPro) processes, training, reporting, and data analysis. Work with BBS to create, update, audit, and maintain processes and SOPs. Point of contact for internal partners (HR, payroll, finance, etc.) on status and activities of all global moves. Partners with BBS, finance (A/P) on invoice management, process maintenance, company cross charge support, and payroll support in conjunction with Bunge's external tax and compensation services provider.

Main responsibilities: Execute and assist global and domestic mobility processes, including operational process design and maintenance. Audits processes for gaps, implement improvements, measure KPIs for internal and external partners.Decisions and problem-solving actions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan. Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines including HR, HRIS and systems, mobility, and payroll.Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes, implements customer surveys and recommends changes as applicable. Address issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.Provide input for design and partner in testing of global programs. Use metrics that track and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services - BBS KPIs and SLAs.Communicate appropriately and guarantee compliance of global HR programs.Assist relationship with external vendors on day-to-day delivery of services.Annual review and update of all mobility-related processes, SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs with support of Director, GM, and participants. Provide regular status reporting on all pending and active moves to stakeholders based on predetermined intervals and milestones (weekly, monthly, quarterly).Learn, maintain, and grow existing AssignmentPro platform with developer to support HR digitalization and ensure operational efficiencies and problem resolution.Establish finance processes and KPIs around invoicing, cross company charges, and analysis. Support payroll processing for mobility-related activities (balance sheets, annual bonus payments, equity) with support from tax and compensation services provider. Knowledge and Technical Competencies: Identify competencies (behavioral and technical), key specialties, and knowledge areas necessary to accomplish responsibilities and desired results.Works independently, with minimal guidance, receive instruction and direction from more senior level roles. Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy.Collaborate, effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves.Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work, even in times of challenge or change. Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.+3 years of position-related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level.Solid experience (+/- 4 years) of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes.
