Global Medical Training Manager - Temporary Mission Make training needs diagnoses with the different Market Companies and Global functions (with a focus on Medical and Market Access area).
Establish learning objectives and plan the training related to the projects you manage.
Contact external suppliers and actively collaborate in the planning, design, and delivery of content, preparing and adapting the contents of the necessary courses.
To provide training, in cases where it is possible, about our company's products, as well necessary skills, energizing groups and facilitating learning.
Adequately monitor the learning achieved in the projects of your responsibility. Audit the training when it is taught by an external consultant.
Continuous review and reworking, where appropriate, of content of the therapeutic products and areas, and preparation of continuous training
Content adaptation, management, and monitoring of the online training of the products and projects of their responsibility through the computer tools available always.
Assistance to congresses or symposiums that can favor the acquisition of knowledge about their areas of responsibility, in those cases in which it is possible.
Teamwork with other departments, such as Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial, People and Culture, Corporate Compliance, etc
Education Degree, preferably in Health Sciences
Specific Knowledge Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Train the trainer's solid expertise
Experience with training methods and programs
Up to date on trends and changes in the market, customers, and technologies
Experience 5+ years of training or related experience in the biopharmaceutical or health related industry
