Global Material MasterData (GMM) Operations Manager The Global Material MasterData Operations Manager is leading a team that is responsible for ensuring the creation, traceability/audit, and maintenance of Material Master Data for Coty worldwide operating on a global SAP platform. Responsibilities Define and set individual and team goals and KPIs ensuring stretch and accountability to deliver according to the Service Level Agreement. Monitor new Initiative production cycles Monitor master data enrichment processes, traceability, and audits Lead and run operational weekly and monthly scorecards and PDCA. Management of projects, initiatives and solving business challenges Role model the meaningful review of performance through the annual appraisal process and continuous touch points throughout the year. Ensure team members are onboarded and set up for success in their roles. Build the capability of the team, and the members individually, through coaching and development. Coordinate process improvement, ensuring the gaining of efficiency and consistency. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to focus on the results and be able to react to the business's needs with sensibility. As an experienced Master Data Leader, you collaborate and work together with other teams, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you: Bachelor's degree (Engineering, BA, and/or similar academic background). Experience in Supply Chain and Project Management. English (advanced level is mandatory) SAP and MS Project are highly recommended. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with critical thinking, process improvement, and decision-making. People leader - ability to motivate and enable a high-performing organization. Strong sense of individual accountability - personal drive to improve status quo and passionate ownership of performance.
