Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Global Marketing Operations Specialist role will make an impact:Key responsibilities for this role include:The Global Marketing Operations Responsible will support the Global Marketing Operations team to maintain high level standards and documentation for Marketing Materials Approval processes at global, regional and local levels.Ensure Vault PromoMats is effectively and efficiently used for key processes related to multichannel content (approved emails/CLM), portals (content re-use), digital asset, references and claims libraries.Support as SME the roadmap for Digital Asset Management and the evolution to modular content to fit Viatris needsDesign and execute needed changes in embedding tool and processes across marketsContribute to maintain seamless connection between Vault, AI tool, Content authoring tool, CRMs systems and Omnichannel Enablement ensuring content management performance.Establish training materials, key documentation (SOPs, WIs, etc.) both for internal employees and external agenciesIdentify, Federate, Coordinate the Super User pool owing the global communications on the underlying support processes and systems to Super and End UsersDefine key metrics of success, and run regular performance reviews to ensure Viatris approach to commercial content management are fit for purpose.The minimum qualifications for this role are:The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree or equivalent.Experience in Life Science Industry would be preferred.5+ years of experience in a similar role, at least 3 years' experience on Digital Assets Management processes is a must.Global Commercial/Marketing, Marketing content creation, generation backgroundProven experience on one of the main DAM/Approved emails/CLM technologies (e.G. Veeva Vault PromoMats)Proven knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats.
