This role will focus on improving the quality, speed, and reliability of service while reducing costs. The manager will champion the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize warehouse operations, emphasizing waste reduction and process standardization. This role will be crucial in facilitating training and development programs, developing key performance indicators, and leading change management initiatives to leverage the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDrive initiatives aimed at improving quality, speed, and reliability of logistics and distribution services.Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize warehouse operations, focusing on waste reduction and process standardization.Develop and implement strategies to increase service levels and reduce operational costs.Facilitate training and development programs to build capabilities in operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.Serve as the point of contact and reference for all global logistics and distribution OPEX initiatives.Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve logistics and distribution efficiency.Address any performance gaps and implement corrective actions.Teach different markets, warehouses, customer service teams, and distribution teams to leverage the Logistics Control Tower (LCT).Lead change management initiatives to drive the adoption of new processes and technologies.Ensure smooth transitions and alignment with new logistics practices.Keep logistics operations running smoothly and efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
