At Avolta, the digital learning content is positioned in two digital learning management systems, one for our frontline team members in the stores at our locations, and one for our office-based team members. Our content is targeted to develop our people at all levels in the organization, to enhance their confidence and careers, and to support the business and expand organizational capability. The Digital Learning Content Specialist is responsible for the design of Question Based Learning solutions, micro-learning and e-learning modules, videos and podcasts across all regions in support of building a high performance, high engagement culture. The Digital Learning Content Specialist will report to the Global Head of Learning, Training and Development. The role could either be located in Amsterdam or Madrid
