With over 7,000 employees in 36 countries around the world, we are proud to lead the way in the world of recruitment: our specialised service with the personalised attention we offer is the basis for helping to change professional lives.It's not just about what we do, it's about how we do it.Our success is based on an employee-focused culture and teamwork.We are very proud of our reputation and the professionalism and integrity of our professionals.About this role...As our Enterprise Solutions business grows and further investment in strategic clients is seen – there is a need to have a dedicated resource looking after our client-specific Operations Training portfolio globally.The Global L&D Manager will be responsible for delivering and facilitating operations focussed trainings for our global ES audience as well as evolving our global new starter experience, working collaboratively with our key business stakeholders.This role will report into our Global Head of L&D – Enterprise Solutions.As the Global Learning & Development Specialist, you will: Evolve our current ES Training offering for Operations teams globally (client-specific) - by bringing together market expertise, best practice industry knowledge and Page way of doing things Facilitate workshops across soft skills, functional and commercial skillsets Deliver workshops- face to face, virtual and hybrid modes with real-life examples/scenarios Be responsible for our new starter onboarding and induction journey in ES Utilize our LMS to land key e-learns – own creation and deployment of modules in our new LXP Maintain our Global ES New Starters Onboarding tacker as well as Workshop Facilitation tracker for ES Create and regularly update the Global ES Training Calendar (Annual and Quarterly) Conduct feedback evaluations via pulse surveys to constantly improve the training content/delivery as well as our ES Learning metrics including learning experience, facilitator ratings and client experience scores What you will bring: Relevant industry experience either in L&D, Business Operations or Recruiting/TA Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training Proficient in MS Office (esp.Power Point); e-learning software is an asset Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills Detail oriented with strong organisational, analytical and time management abilities Fluency in English and Spanish, an additional language is a plus Adaptability to changes and ability to work in cross-cultural environment with services mind-set
