Participants are exposed to a rich set of development experiences. They have the opportunity to help progress Tradebe's business initiatives, make a business impact, and gain the experience needed for placement in a leadership role upon successful completion of the Global Leadership Program.
WHAT IS THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM?
Tradebe Global Leadership Program (TGLP) is a rotational leadership program designed to hire top talent and develop Tradebe's next generation of leaders. After the program, you will go to a Sales, Finance or Operational management position.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- TGLP is a 2-year program based in US (Chicago, Connecticut, Alabama, Memphis), UK (Marlow, Manchester area, Southampton, Scotland), or Spain (Barcelona).
- TGLP consists of 3-4 rotational job assignments.
- The main rotational tracks are:
- Commercial (sales, marketing, customer services, etc.)
- Operations (engineering and production)
- Finance (financial control, financial analysis, etc.)

AM I A FIT FOR TGLP?
We are looking for individuals with a track record of performance and success, and the drive to succeed as a next generation Tradebe business leader who are:
- Recently graduated from an MBA program (or equivalent degree)
- Successful in completing 3-7 years of diverse work experience
- Passionate for leading people and teams
- Hands-on, analytical, problem solvers with strong business acumen
- Europe, UK or USA work permit
Examples of the program:
- Commercial Track: 6 months in Marketing, 6 months as assistant Regional Sales Director or VP Sales, 12 Months as Account Manager (6 months each region).
- Operations Track: 6 months in one of Tradebe's main sites (learning all different areas, jobs), 6 months assistant Plant Manager, 6 months assistant VP Operations, 6 months Operations Manager TS.
- Finance Track: 6 months Global Finance (projects), 12 months area Financial Control, 12 months area Financial Analysis.
