Who we are.We are a team of passionate experts with a clear ambition: applying digital technology to advance what matters for our clients and society.Together we create reliable and responsive digital foundations for the world's businesses, institutions, and communities.Learn more on Advancing what matters .Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Global Lead Buyer to join our team who will be responsible for achieving significant savings and value creation in defined segments, ensuring cost, quality, lead-times, and service levels of suppliers meet internal customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies for cost reductions and TCO improvements.Communicate and validate strategies with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.Lead the execution of actions, including negotiations and production of main agreements.Manage key supplier relationships and ensure continuous improvement and value.Support major customer projects and manage purchases and supplier relationships for large global projects.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience in a similar organization: ideally sourcing experience of Telco.Strong strategic sourcing, demand management, and supplier performance management skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.Proficiency in English (optional French, German, or Dutch).Learn more about usAt Atos, we embrace diversity as the ultimate engine of ingenuity for our clients, and we constantly strive to create a culture where people feel supported and encouraged.
